Relisted yet again...

These have attracted zero interest and have been relisted at least twice. They're French - HRC DK4 speakers and I think they look quite tasty. I know bugger-all mind, so feel free to mock me.

They look like a French take of KEF's of that era, Cabasse did something like that too back in the day,
the model escapes me.

Feel free to make an offer. It's not like you'd have to pawn the family jewels to buy them.

I suppose I did ask for that.

What's up with them? I am interested, but only for the sake of curiosity, Doc.

Not a clue, never heard of them, just teasing you.

Looks like one of those "Trendy" designs with the drivers on different planes to, supposedly, affect the phase or time domain of the various frequencies. I never could get my head around the idea that you could optimise the timing for a speaker when it was reproducing a range of frequencies. Do they sound better than a flat fronted speaker from the same era?

It was a fad and shows a complete lack of understanding of phase (musical timing) relationships. The distances involved are so small as to be meaningless. Since when do orchestras cram all their musicians in the same horizontal plane in front of you.
