Happy birthday Colin.
.
I tell my wife , neuroplasticity only works when you are the edge of your current capabilities and there is always a risk of falling. However if you are not at the edge of what you can do , you will never get better

It keeps her silent , especially during our frequent trips to a&e

Dan, keep at it A&E here is a 10 - 20hr wait, thank God Barts see me at a moments warning.
Had a probe removed a few week ago, the tiny Indian Lady Doctor had to stand on a box, and the local wore of before she removed it from my ribs, ouch it hurt but she was smashing, see her again next month to fit a new one.
The probe calls the hospital when the ticker parameters change and if I push to hard I get a phone call and she says stop and rest.
Any way can't wait for weds of to Italy to see historic sites and have real coffee and Ice Cream

Take care dear friend get better every day.

Best Col

My late wife had a monitor, built into her pacemaker. She had a home testing machine too, which plugged into a phone socket and uploaded data from the pacemaker to the team at The Royal Brompton.

Every once in a while she'd get the "How are you feeling, Jeanette, can you run a test for us?" phone call. Her pacemaker also had a built-in defibrillator, rigged to shock her if it detected dangerous rhythms or cardiac arrest, and I can tell you having been there when that happened it dished out quite a belt.

Have a good holiday, mate, all of you.

Happy Birthday to NVA's own CycleCoach, Mark.

The first 60 years of childhood are always the hardest!

Have a good one, Mark. This is only a rumour, but I've heard Paul may allow you a 10-minute tea break this afternoon to celebrate.
