what about this to scare the shit out of you
Scary amp by anthony cresswell, on Flickr
heaters up first, waited abit then plugged in the ht to avoid big bangs. they dont like 500v coming in with an instantaneous wallop on cold heaters

its got my b1 infront of it, i have a couple of passives but i couldn't be bothered to go find them. its startlingly quiet too
warming up nicely, I want to get a feel for what gets hot and what doesn't before i start planning a chassis or two for it.
It'll be a long term thing, it can't remain a breadboard as much as i like the steampunkt frankenstein aesthetic
i bought this off a friend as it was available and i have heard this amp on and off for the last 10 years at least. ive always liked it so i bit his hand off when it became available.
terrifying right now, but it wont be when its in a proper box.....
