Lulo Reinhardt and Yulia Lanskaya at the Liverpool Phil in September.
Recommended if you like gypsy jazz (jazz manouche) and not exorbitantly expensive.

Was one of the 80,000 at a sell out Wembley stadium last night for one of only two UK gigs on what could be AC/DC's final tour. It was quite an evening with the band in fine form. Angus Young and Brian Johnson defy their advancing years.
A word for the support the Pretty Wreckless who were very good.

Saw KKs Priest at the Tramshed, Cardiff. KK left Judas Priest in less than amicable circumstances and his autobiography did him no favours. His golf course investment was a failure and he has teamed up with Ripper Owen in his own band. Ripper fronted Judas Priest in the 90s when Halford left. The set comprised songs from their two albums as well as Judas Priest material, some unexpected including a rendering of Diamonds and rust closer to the Joni Mitchel original.
A word for the support band Tailgunner who were also excellent. The girl in the band has the shortest hair..
80s metal certainly lives on played by those born decades later. They have released a good album and another is on the way.
It was a very good night.
