Well so far this year has been crap.
Still have problems from the Xmas Heart Attack, walking just a few furlongs cause me to hate Newton and his apples.
Designed a series of kits for Hi-fi Answers Howards old magazine.
Screwed again like the sucker I am by a minor few.
Loving wife and new nephew the best I have ever known, the little one is now trying to walk, still can't get him to solder yet.
At last I managed to cut the grass, and found a path to my pit, and there was I thinking somebody had nicked it he he.
I do hope you are all well and sing along with the music.

If you have a stroke which effects your walking , it is for years, if not forever , impossible , to put one foot in front of the other .
Basically your knee deosnt bend because your brain as no control over it , therefore if you can walk your effected leg kicks out to compensate . Thus your effected leg lands far away on not on the same plain as your unaffected leg.
Seven years on and exercising for hours everyday and it’s has just started to bear fruit and know I have muscle memory in my knee and my leg no longer kicks out .
So I can now put one foot in front of the other .

Yep starving just fruit and veg.
Tuesday had a smaller HA waited in A&HELL for 12 hrs for a bed then told in would be in corridor.
So I went home by Taxi.
My first stroke was when TQs bully boy forced me from my company. In wheel chair for months the second was last Nov went blind but it came back I found colours amazing but Newton still wins now with stick. And I love apple's

Should be more like stuffing your face on mostly unprocessed plant foods.
Do you feel better inside for the change in diet, apart from feeling hungry?
Are you also eating unsalted nuts?
Plenty of herbs and spices?
Beans, legumes and wholegrains?
Amla powder and ground flaxseeds, for the cholesterol and blood pressure reduction?
