Medium mass tonearm recommendations for Pioneer PLC-1700

@Jayman - how much would you want for your 774 cable?

i was going to turn it into a pair of interconnects,it cost me £50,i only used it for a few days and then went back to the alphason.
its silver so id want £35 including postage.

Great - that will be a big help. I'll definitely want that if I manage to purchase the Mission... at the moment, I'm waiting for my AOS account to be approved so I can message the seller. Hoping that comes through before he sells it to somebody else!

I'll be in touch if I manage to secure the Mission... If your 774 was even close to comparable to your Alphason on the Pioneer than I'm really looking forward to hearing this...

In the end I went with the Mission 774 that Jayman pointed out at AOS. The fact that Jayman had already made a lovely arm board with the correct cut was the decided. I think I prefer the looks of the Acos though!

Jayman - can I buy your 774 lead off you?

no worries,ive also got some of the paint i had made up to match the tonearm board with the tt,if you are handy with spray cans its worth spraying the 774 board you have,imo it looks much better than the panzerholz colour.

Wow the paint sounds tempting, although my previous experiences with spray cans have been somewhat disappointing!

I'd be a bit scared of ruining it!
