All India Radio - Space (2018)
Great space rock. Imagine a mix of Pink Floyd, Radiohead, and Tangerine Dream.
The album's cover features an original work by David A. Hardy -- which was the painting that Pink Floyd turned down to adorn their 1973 landmark album Dark Side Of The Moon.

Yes - 'Fly From Here Return Trip'
Just amazing - sounds even better with Trevor Horn on lead vox, also with far more presence from Chris Squire both vocally and instrumentally. For me this is an improvement on the earlier version with singer Benoit David.
Also giving serious air-time to the Yes live albums recorded with Glass Hammer's singer Jon Davidson. Complete concert run-throughs of classic Yes albums like 'Drama' and 'Going For The One'. All brilliant.

HOLLOW ...errr...Wotsit (US, 2016)
Can't say I loikes all this, but 3 tracks are stellar retro-prog (sounding straight outta '70s.)
Keyboard moves like Triumverat. Vocals, etc remind me of Starcastle.
Have not heard the second cd. Said to be more poppy.

Have to check that out - could be something I'll like.
For those wanting an introduction to THE best Neo-prog outfit out there, Dodax have copies of the Spock's Beard collection 'The First Twenty Years' going cheap (6 quid, just looked)
https://www.dodax.co.uk/en-gb/music-cds ... 8F1K76MI6/
This is a 2CD + DVD set with tracks from their first 12 studio albums plus a 20-minute epic recorded especially for this collection which features all three of the band's previous and current vocalists: Neal Morse, Nick D'Virgilio (Genesis, Big Big Train) & Ted Leonard (Enchant). SQ is excellent - and it's a fun trip for those who like high-quality musicianship with buckets of Hammond and Mellotron.

Re: Prog wot you played today, Jimmeh
Just looked for 'Hollow' and ran into a Canadian band with an album 'Mordrake' - a horrible thrash-metal affair with grunt vocals.
Not worth the time of day.
