Re: Coronavirus restrictions: are they legal
Police authorities are enforcing an hour.
Also somebody leaked an memo to boris.
"Urgent , best way to deal with this emergency, is to pinch of all labour's policies and dont bother explaining why nobody voted for them'

British Transport Police (railway cops) make a mistake, but put things right.

Maybe she was thinking about robbing a bank, but until the crime has been committed no crime has taken place, she could change her mind.

I found the quote my Michael (the weasel) Gove.valvesRus wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2020 12:05 pmI was not aware that 1 hour for a walk was mandatory.Daniel Quinn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2020 11:16 am The consensus as broken down.
A law firm is to challenge the law on the basis that the law is discriminatory . 1 hour out of the house per day is not good for autistic children is is claimed.
I thought that the suggestion was to walk as you would normally, maintain social distancing ,but not to travel away from home to start such walk.
"No mention is given to how long you can exercise for. But the Cabinet Office minister Michael Gove has advised: "I would have thought for most people a walk of up to an hour, a run of 30 minutes or a cycle ride of between that, depending on their level of fitness, is appropriate."

Baroness (Shami) Chakrabarti, CBE, barrister, human rights activist. ex-director of Liberty and current shadow Attorney General was on telly earlier. Her opinion is that there are probably very few people in this country who are more pro-human rights/civil rights than her, and her advice is to toe the current government line. If they say "stay indoors" then stay indoors, which sounds eminently sensible to me, and it's a view that every political party subscribes to.
Nurses, doctors, and many other 'frontline' staff are being asked to put their lives on the line daily, work incredibly long hours, and cope with not having enough PPE to go round, no testing, and having to be the sole arbiter of who lives and who dies in some cases. We're being asked to sit on the bloody sofa, listen to music, watch Netflix. read a book...

You could go out if you could see where it isn't.
Test, Test, Test.
